Four BROCKHAUS Junior apps support children aged five to eight in learning through play. Designed by educators, the apps are pitched at the right age and are intuitive to use. And on top of that they are great fun for children of pre-school age and the first three years of primary school: our children's apps at the library.

LeYo! – Simply. More. Discovery.

Let the classic medium of the (children's) book become a multimedia experience through the LeYo! app: our LeYo! items.

Searching our online catalogue

Looking for a particular title, for books by an author you like, or simply want to see what is new in a given category? Just browse our collection online. You can do that from home too — 24 hours a day: katalog.owbib.de

Searching our online knowledge databases

Search our online knowledge databases on the most varied subjects, with several million entries. What sets them apart from freely available sources on the internet is their reliability: they are editorially checked, fully citable and can therefore be used for coursework at school and university.

Browsing the internet

Looking for information online, or want to drop in on Facebook or YouTube for a moment? Our internet access is of course secured. Sites that charge, that are unsuitable for young people or that are illegal are blocked automatically.

Building core reading skills with reading games

Improve your reading through play. Concentration and perception, eye movement and span of vision all get practice, which builds confidence in recognising words and improves reading ability. The lovingly made, fast-moving exercises offer plenty of action and fun as well, so reading practice happens almost in passing! 7 reading games build core reading skills: chasing points, flash words, word pairs, word grids, bookworm, picture search and the balloon game. The points you score in the Antolin reading games app do not count towards your points on www.antolin.de.
